I wanted to draw a special Valentine. Well...didn't turn out half as good as I hoped. Only thing I like about it is the Togepi. >.> Well I'm done degrading myself. It's the thought that counts...right?
As of now, someone has caught my heart and I'll give it to him, but will he keep it?

Edit: He did =D 3 months ago :heart:
And my computer crashed -_- I lost the original .sai file QQ
